Monster: The True Story of the Jeffrey Dahmer Murders
Anne E. Schwartz is a veteran Milwaukee journalist who, as a reporter for the Milwaukee Journal in 1991, broke the story of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer and was among the first on the scene. Her reporting earned a Pulitzer Prize nomination, and she went on to write two books on the case, most recently Monster: The True Story of the Jeffrey Dahmer Murders. Schwartz later served eight years as communications director for the Milwaukee Police Department and has since become a nationally recognized trainer on strategic communication for law enforcement and public safety professionals. She returns to West Bend to share the inside story of one of the most notorious cases in American history.
The Bend Sessions Community Lecture Series runs from August 10th through November 24th and is a FREE event open to the public.
