Each Wednesday\, guests can bring their favorite record to The Bend from 5-8 PM and enjoy drink specials and hear vinyl on The Bend’s state of the art sound system while playing an assortment of retro video games on our big screen.  \nSome fun promotional specials will also be running during these events. If guests bring a record to add to the queue\, they get 50% off their first drink and 50% off while their record plays. If that record is accompanied by a receipt from The Exclusive Company (from within the past 14 days) that guest’s first drink is free and they get 50% drinks off while their record spins. So there’s plenty of incentive to head to The Exclusive Company and pick up a new vinyl record to bring to The Bend’s Vinyl & Video Games & Whiskey Wednesdays.  \nAdditionally\, there will be prizes each week for the retro video game competitions. Her Seeso special 45 Jokes About My Dead Dad made Vulture’s list of Top Ten Comedy Specials of 2016. Laurie has also written two books\, Dead People Suck and the New York Times bestseller Shitty Mom. She and fellow comic Jackie Kashian host a popular podcast about standup comedy called The Jackie and Laurie Show. Her new album\, Corset\, was released at #1 on the iTunes charts. \nFeaturing for Laurie is Wisconsin standup comedian Raegan Niemela. DESCRIPTION:Andrew Sleighter started in comedy looking for the perfect funny line to open a biography. Since then\, Andrew’s laid-back style and clever writing has won him appreciation from fans and respect from his peers. Andrew performed on Last Comic Standing\, recorded a comedy special for Dry Bar and made his late-night stand-up debut on Conan. He’s also written and performed sketch comedy for Comedy Central and wrote and blogged for the Sports Show with Norm Macdonald on Comedy Central. A regular at colleges and comedy clubs across the country\, Andrew’s also performed at some of the most prestigious comedy festivals in and out of the country including Bumbershoot\, Bridgetown\, Gilda’s Laugh Fest\, The Aspen Comedy Festival\, Laughing Skull\, and the Johnny Carson Great American Comedy Festival. Andrew’s comedy has the ability to reach wide ranges of audiences and works in a diversity of rooms. Reliable and consistent\, he rarely ends a show by lighting the stage on fire out of rage. Most importantly\, he’s constantly fascinated by and eager to keep learning about stand-up.

DESCRIPTION:Kettle Moraine Symphony was founded in 1968 as “Moraine Symphony Orchestra” by the late Albert (Bud) Asch and a group of classical music enthusiasts\, and was sponsored by University of Wisconsin – Washington County in West Bend\, Wisconsin. The Kettle Moraine Symphony has since grown to become a regional orchestra whose approximately 65 playing members and its Board of Directors come from 20 different communities in the Kettle Moraine area. \n  \nDoors open at 7:00 PM. Come early to enjoy drink and dessert before seeing the Kettle Moraine Symphony take The Bend’s historic stage. This ticket includes one complimentary drink ticket.
