DESCRIPTION:A Night of Laughter with the King\, Kevin Bozeman\nSponsored by Westbury Bank \nGet ready for an amazing night of comedy as the legendary Kevin Bozeman takes to our historic stage. \nIt was 1999\, six years after finishing his collegiate basketball career at Division III Whitewater College\, and bouncing around jobs that Kevin found himself in the real world with no real job skills and a strong desire to work an hour a day.  What to do?  Inspired by nights on the couch watching Def Comedy Jam and challenged by his roommate\, Kevin decided to head over to nearby Madison\, WI and try the “Open-Mic Night”.  “I always was the guy who could make people laugh\, and lets be honest I had nothing better going on”. \nFast forward to present day\, Kevin is still going on-stage\, and he has found the job that fit his requirements.  “For an hour a night I’m wildly successful”.  With a smooth and clever style\, a great smile and a contagious laugh Kevin has been entertaining in clubs and colleges across the country.  In 2000 he was the winner of the Midwest region of the HBO “Comedy Competition” and flew to Los Angeles to compete as a finalist.  He performed on Comedy Central’s “Premium Blend” in 2003\, and finished 2nd in the Boston Comedy Competition in 2005.  He was a semi-finalist on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” in 2015.  Kevin has appeared on Comedy Central\, NBC\, CBS and Fox.  His Dry Bar Comedy Special\, “Clean & Unfiltered” has over  7 million views. \n  \nShow begins at 7:30pm. Adam Greuel\, of the high-energy string band Horseshoes & Hand Grenades\, and Sarah Vos\, of the folk-inspired Dead Horses\, draw from broad musical influences ranging from Leonard Cohen to Fleetwood Mac to Gillian Welch & David Rawlings\, to bring you a show that will be mostly focused on original material. The duo’s chemistry as musical partners and dear friends is apparent as their music features tight harmonies\, introspective lyricism\, and soaring melodies. \nBoo Bradley: \nBoo Bradley is a good time two-man Hokum junk and jive orchestra who are as fun to watch as they are to listen to. Meeting up a few years back\, Boo Mullarky and Bradley Selz took to Madison\, Wisconsin’s illustrious State Street with the full intention of bringing the rollicking sounds and antics of the early 20th century jug bands back to life. They quickly became known as the go-to act for fun in the sun at Madison’s legendary farmers’ market and soon were being asked to perform at festivals and shows around the US. This refreshing “little jug band that could” features a delightfully rich and clunky sonic pallet that is sure to cure what ails you! \nBoo is a one-human music machine all unto himself: steadily stomping suitcase drum with one foot\, snapping a tambourine with the other\, giving a gratuitous car horn blast here and there\, providing sassy brass section solos on kazoo… all while singing and fingerpicking along on a steel-bodied resonator guitar! \nBradley is the duo’s award-winning rhythmsmith.
