What started as a solo college project grew into a full band in the Milwaukee scene\, built the DIY way: relentless touring\, a stack of self-made records and live shows that feel more like a party with friends than a concert. The road has taken the band all over the country\, including an official showcase at SXSW in 2025. \nThe sound is sunny and guitar-driven — surf-tinged riffs\, bouncing bass and drums\, and songs with an easygoing\, grateful outlook that Schultz has described as the view of a modern-day Midwest cowboy. Their latest album\, Patchwork: A Road Dog Story\, pulls together the stories from two years of life in the van. \nEvery year the night before Thanksgiving\, Social Cig comes home. This year’s Hometown Harvest is the biggest yet: Minneapolis party band Syncline — three brothers raised in West Bend plus a friend — kicks things off\, followed by West Bend R&B writer-producer Micah Emrich and Milwaukee singer and drummer-turned-frontman Duwayne\, with Social Cig closing out the night. \n\n\nCareer Highlights \nFrom West Bend to the open road\nA few milestones on the way back home. \n\nPrettier in PersonThe debut album that launched the project.2020\nCHEESEHEADA third full-length with its Wisconsin pride right there in the title.2022\nIn The Pocket (EP)A breezy EP to close out the year.2023\nSXSW ShowcaseOfficial showcasing artist at South by Southwest in Austin.2025\nPatchwork: A Road Dog StoryFourth studio album\, written from two years of touring.2025\nHometown HarvestThird annual homecoming show at The Bend\, with Micah Emrich\, Duwayne and Syncline.Nov 25\, 2026\n\nMusic\, tour dates and merch at socialcig.com. \n\n\nTickets & Seating \nGet in early\, save five bucks\nGeneral admission — buy ahead for the best price. \n\n$28AdvanceGeneral Admission\n$33Day of ShowGeneral Admission\n\nAll ages welcome.
